No Off-day Training Sessions in '22

Wanting to run through a RTTS career, but I'm not getting the training sessions on off days to improve my player like past years. I remember getting them when I first downloaded The Show 22 and played RTTS, but haven't played RTTS in 3 months.

Is it possible I turned these off by mistake?

If you're actually playing the games, you get the training opportunities. If you're simulating through, then you don't get them.

At least this has been my experience.
