Dreaded "Unhandled Server Exception" error in Diamond Dynasty

Hello, I am getting this error when trying to open Diamond Dynasty. I have played the game without any issue for months. Randomly this started, I have tried every solution available online...restart, clear cache, change DNS settings, NAT type to open, etc. My internet is fine, i play using wired connection. I also chatted with XBox support and they couldnt find any issues. All other parts of The Show work fine, but the one game I tend to play the most, Diamond Dynasty, no longer works! HELP!!!

i just had my friend log in on my same system, he is not having any issues. he's able to access Diamond Dynasty just fine, its only on my account for some reason!!!
