This giving anyone else fits? I can’t even make it to Sale. Got a groove going this last try. Walkoff homer robbed followed up by pop ups on the infield to end it.

Yeah, I’ve tried it twice.
First time, 8 up , 8 down.
Second time, made it to marlins guy. Lots of perfect/perfect fly balls to center.
Done with it.

Hahaha!! Thats Showdown in a nutshell lol!!!! Showdown is the worst thing in this game..... I've played each one of them this year and I know I completed 1 for sure (Finest showdown) because it was required for the Finest program and maybe 1 or 2 others but I don't remember.... Each and every time it's been the exact same pattern: 1st try I get to the last boss or the one before last pretty easily. 2nd try I get my [censored] kicked on the first or second boss and 3rd try its an in-between.... It's been like that for EACH. AND. EVERY. ONE. of the showdowns this year.... I always try them to see how it is but like I said I almost never complete them... waste of time because too stupid and not worth it....

I tried the last showdown again... After 5 tries or so, I finally get to Sale... I manage to score 2, so I'm tied at 11 with 11 outs left to go... sounds like a done deal.... HA-HA-HA!!!!!! after my second run in there was no way to do anything... I manage to get a lucky single, then get the runner to second on a passed ball but besides that, NO WAY in hell did I stood a chance to score the last run... everything I hit was going right at somebody for an out... but yeah the game "works as intended"....

Cake walk. I recommend Picking up Jon Berti as Soon as you can unless he's in that first round with the Higher Rated Lightnings.

I tried to do the Finest showdown once and missed on the Lance Lynn section. I had a fly ball I was sure going to be a right field home run and it ended up getting caught at the warning track. I wish they’d put a conquest in for that Finest program to give you another option to finish it.
