Ok so the ratio for pulling the rare cards has to be wrong as I have opened more than 15 of these packs and only get the base round...
Anyone else struggling with pulling the rare cards or just me?

It's pretty much everyone. The odds are for each pack separately and each pack opening is independent from every other pack you opened. There is nothing wrong with the odds. You have the same pack luck as 90% of the people on here.

I mean, are any of those cards going for more than 15k?

Or you may not understand the ratio. It's not per person. It's per pack. While you may have opened 15 pack; thousands of other people may have opened 15 packs at the same time.

I should have mentioned that I clearly understand the ratios are for the entire community and not just me and that when I said "the ratio must be wrong" it was a little tongue-in-cheek.
I have had no problem with any of the other choice packs pulling every tier but it just seems to be harder with this particular pack.

Understandable! We all have packs that seem to be more "juicy" than others! I hope you get better luck!

I still think the art team should used a pair of sweatpants with the word 'Juicy' printed in glitter on them as the artwork for these packs.

I didn't have to buy any of these cards. I pulled all the high round cards out of packs.
