Does anyone know how much XP you need to earn 1 program star?

I think someone tested it last year after they changed it and it was 2000 XP for each program point. I'm not totally sure if that's accurate this year, though.

it's around 3K this year. At least, when doing the HR derby grind.

I’ve never figured out the XP but it seems like you get one star for 3 innings of play. You don’t get any stars for XP gained though collections, I know that.
