Need help…In the middle of a game right now..

Playing my first BR game, figured I’d try to win some of those pricier cards for the Mantle collection. Top 3rd I’m up 1-0, I have men on 1st & 3rd, 2 outs. I hit a line drive to his SS (for the 2nd out)… his man player catches the ball and runs straight past the dugout and into the wall near the on deck circle…. And it’s repeating this, he’s just running into this wall, I start pushing buttons and nothing happens. After 3-4 minutes, it switches to a view of the fans in the stands, and nothing is happening… finally after 4 long minutes it shows “connection lost”… so I got the win (yay), but what’s that all about? Is that an online issue where it freezes? I think this happened to me once before but I don’t remember the replies. I’m trying to learn how to play online but this is weird. I’m strictly offline so all this is still new to me. Thanks in advance.

Loll…That’s exactly how I feel. No matter how many posts I’ve read about online play, going thru the experience and full range of emotions form “”YEAH boyyyy… Marte just hit bomb! Woo hoooo!” to
“Holy #%$&?….wait, what just happened? What’s going on?? WTFKkkkkkkk, what do I doooo, fml” is quite taxing.
But I’ll be playing again tonight!! Lol -
