Sacrifice Bunting

So after testing this a bunch of times, I can confirm that sacrifice bunting with a runner on second base and no out is next to impossible.
At first I thought it was because I’d forgotten to advance the runner after getting the bunt down. Unfortunately, even if you press R1 to advance the runner, if you bunt to the left (towards third base to force the third baseman to field it) the runner at second will instead go back to tag.
This may be due to the idea that one should not try to advance to third on a ball hit ahead of the runner. Regardless, there is programming that prevents the runner from moving up, even if you execute a perfect sac bunt.
You basically give away an out for nothing.
I hope this can be fixed next year, along with eliminating pitchers hitting, fixing the shift rules, etc.

Yeah that's false. If you want to do that bunt towards first base anywyas

The animation of the Sac bunt produces too powerful a roll and I have bunted into just way too many double plays.
The combo of laser IF arms and a hard rolling bunt and slow runners proves my strategy to be doomed.
