    I thought SDS 'patched' this?

I'm still seeing an 80/20% split on balls vs strikes thrown.

I could not tell you the amount of times I got so pissed off at these "Tally Three Hits" or "Tally Six Total Bases" moments because I get walked four times a game in these moments.

Sliders. This is supposed to make it “challenging” I think. Worst.

I'm not saying that there aren't annoying moments, like get a Homerun, and the pitcher throws nothing but perfect pitches on the black. But I'll never understand posts like this. There are enough close pitches to swing at. Why would you take a walk, let alone 4?

I can only imagine that some still expect to get every moment done on the first try. So many players who say that they are above average or even good complain about this constantly, meanwhile I get them done reasonably quickly even though I am an old, play the cpu on veteran, mostly center swinging player.

It just has to be different expectations. I don't expect to get most done first try and then I am happy when I actually accomplish that.

And by the way - the patch notes on Sept 15th said

The CPU will intentionally walk and HBP at a lower rate in Moments.

A walk is not the same as an intentional walk. Personally, I do feel like I have been hit by pitches less often and I honestly can't remember ever being intentionally walked in one.

Not me. Its all nipping at the borders and tossing them in the dirt. On rare occasion I get one in the zone, which makes it a major chore for me to finish moments.

You are clearly exaggerating again and you’re also not being aggressive enough. The moments are on Rookie and Veteran. They give you tons of hitttable pitches.

    Swing away Merril.

Tons of hittable pitches is kind of an exaggeration. Also, simply saying “they are on veteran/rookie” is not really relevant. All that means now is the pci is bigger.

I’m not saying they are not doable. I get through most of the new ones easily enough. That said, I can only imagine actually being a beginner/rookie at this game and facing Alvarado throwing cutters a foot outside and Sinkers nowhere near the plate.

I started playing this game around 2014-2016, and back then, the lower difficulties were not like this.
