Intentionally wasting peoples time

Just started a game against this guy. I went up 3-0 in the top of the first. He didn’t score in the bottom. Now he is taking max time to pitch. Using all of his pause time and refuses to get me out. I’m having to intentionally strike out to end innings which really irritates me. What’s the point of this?

This can be so annoying sometimes. I don't understand what joy people get out of doing stuff like that.

I once sent a message to a guy that was doing the R2 [censored] on each and every pitch with each hitter.... he did that the whole game.... I sent him a message in the 3rd inning telling that the only thing he was doing is making the game 20-30 min longer for nothing and I knew that he was doing this only to annoy me so Inquit and he gets the easy W... I told him I was not going anywhere and played the whole 9 innings.... that I ended up winning easily....

Since I am not very good at hitting I like the odd time that someone 'refuses to get me out'. It lets me pad my stats a bit. But yeah, like the other person said, he clearly is trying to annoy you enough that you will just quit. Or like the other person said about watching the world burn: it is like he is miserable and trying to spread it to you.
