Swing timing

Early on 97 mph fastballs on the outside. Too late on any kind of fastball inside. Too early on anything off-speed or breaking (except for those freak curves and sliders that break into the zone last minute from 5 feet outside). Even when I know something slow is coming and I still tell myself to wait and I'm early. I feel like I'm waiting an eternity and I'm early, like the ball just doesn't ever get to the plate. And then a fastball inside and no chance.

Also, don't get me started on the timing for directional in moments and showdown. Plenty of times I've felt right on a pitch only to be early or late. And one time early and one time late on the exact same pitch with, what I believe, is about the same timing. And how can good timing in directional be a swing and miss? I mean, you're doing the only thing you can do to hit the ball with good timing. I know RNG is thick in directional, but that's kind of ridiculous. I had a changeup, middle-middle, with good timing feedback and I swung and missed.

Yep. Early on 102 mph fastballs on the regular on HOF. But why is a 93 mph sinker wayyyy faster than a 102 fastball. Hitting sucks now. Good good=grounder straight at someone. Maybe warning track. Fix you game sds

Yeah, something is off with hit timing lately.
Not sure what, but I've never hit so many foul ticks, pop ups and choppers to short.I've been ranting about this for a week. It's brutal.

On HoF, I can’t hit anything solid in play, but I can get slightly early squared up on a high and tight 102 mph fastball all the time. I love watching those balls shoot just foul of the pole. It’s exhilarating. Then so disappointing.
