There's actually not a single legend shortstop that hasn't either gotten a 99 or Retro finest so flashbacks almost have to be included
Alright @the_dragon1912. You're up. I think you're right. They'll try to avoid active playoff people in case they earn a PS card but the only possibility worthy of a 99 that's not a FB would be a new legend (cough....Jeter....cough). But there is no way they would wait this long to advertise him. When he's in the game, he will be like Randy, marketing tool to push pre-orders and micro transactions.
One of the teams that didn’t make the playoffs may have a SS worthy (in TS22 standards) of a 99, right.
One rather interesting answer would be Tatis. He's not been cancelled and while I highly doubt it's him, it's not impossible.
Crawford, Story, Xander, Bobby Witt Jr. Are the others not in the playoffs. Seager, Correa and Bichette just got theirs. Then there's Trea, Lindor, Wander and Dansby, all in the playoffs. I think if they wanna go big it's Trea but then if he's great in the PS they have to find someone else for the Dodgers.
In my opinion it is closer to impossible than possible. This is Tatis being in a program. Or getting another card this year.

@AlexTheGreater7_XBL I thought Dave Parker was The Cobra. That would be awesome too. But glad to see Stargell with a 99. The Pirates have a lot of great cards this year. It's a bummer they don't have any really great historic pitchers. Same deal with the Reds.

They both have Future Star cards. I think that is the over-attributed cards for those guys. Though Kebyan’s was a classic one, from one of the game a year or two ago, I think.

I don't know how to attach or post photos. It was announced on Twitter. 9 bosses- he's one. It's a Takashi and his attributes are through the roof good.

Thanks, I saw the post that had the link. Card looks great, I have been waiting since they messed with everyone with that other Griffey card. I can wait to see the whole program tomorrow.
