Does anyone have an contact info for PS Support other than the 800 number or the chat option?
I'd love to find out why I keep getting an error message when I try to renew my PS+.
But the 800 number keeps telling me to call back later and the chat option times out after waiting 2-3 hours for them to connect me to the 'correct' department.

if that number does not do anything (it's not the other 800 number that the guy said earlier this week)
call 800-883-6817, it goes straight to Sony's customer support where they could reroute you to playstation, but unfortunately they would probably just hang up. -
