Juicy Pack problems...

    So I bought one of the flash sale juicy packs and pulled these four cards to choose from from: Connor Brock, Sutter and Roberts. When I went to choose one the screen froze up on my phone and I couldn't do anything. It wouldn't allow me to pick anybody when I backed out of it. It was almost like the pack never existed but yet it says I bought my one pack. I have nothing to show for it and my stubs are gone? Will SDS make this right?
