I feel like those who brag about having so many stubs or even 5100 of the same 84-rated card (which they definitely will not be playing within an actual game of baseball in a baseball game simulator video game!) is bringing this up as an awkward flex because they are flexing that they aren't playing the game to play baseball, but rather rack up a virtual currency that is solely for a baseball video game.
So, again, I have to ask why (other than to flex upon those that are "stub poor" of course!)???I'm not bragging or flexing, my original post was a simple question. I eventually told people that I had 5.1k of a card and it would be annoying to quick sell one at a time.
I have a lot of playing time man, I tried flipping once back in May or so around the time Brett came back and have not done it since. Only got around 150k from that. Earlier in the year the best way to make stubs IMO was just putting buy orders in for players that were clearly getting upgraded to diamond at around 1500-1700 stubs a piece. They eventually went through 1-3 weeks later and then all I had to do was quicksell them all and boom big profit. Literally takes about 5 minutes to put orders in and then there is nothing else but playing the game man.
Look man Felix was a BRONZE up until AUGUST. Every now and then I would put a bunch of cheap orders in between June and August. Eventually I got to 5k in a 2 month span. It's not like i just sat there and put in 5000 orders at once. And guess what, I haven't sold any of them so where the heck did all my stubs come from? playing the [censored] game and passive QUICKSELL investing that doesn't take up any time. Go right on and sod off mate. What is YOUR problem coming in here all high and mighty deciding that I must be doing things incorrectly.
And you got another thing coming if you think a end game trout/griffey/trea turner won't go for 1 million stubs for multiple weeks.
So I have to ask why (other than to be a knob) why are you here?
I'm here to ask "Why?"
Why can't you answer why you are doing what you are doing? There must be a reason and why would you not want to share your reasoning if you have a legit reason? Resulting to name calling because someone asks you why makes you look like the name calling slur you are throwing around!
Ooooh, you want to threaten me with "something comin" about cards that I will most likely have shortly after they come out (and without needing 5100 84-rated gold cards to get)!
What a way to start off your time on this forum (with this account) by name calling! Is this an alternate account because you are banned for being banned for simiilar stupidity on your main account?
I just said why, so I can put million stub buy orders on players like that. I won't have to grind first to get guys like that so I can play with them as much as possible before the game cycle ends.
Clearly your tone in both of your responses have the same high and mighty approach. Nobody asked for your negative comments, this post was just a simple question. Get on with your life.
Again, this is my first time playing the game so that is why I asked the question I asked in this post. You really hit me with the "Second account on a baseball game forum" HAHAHahahahahahAHAHAHAHAHAHA
Clearly you care about how you are perceived on here more than you care about playing the game! Congrats!
High and mighty because I asked why! Ok you are stretching long and wide on that one!
You have this account for last year game too, but you are saying this is your first time playing the game nearly a year after you created an account! What a joke!
If you had looked at what I have posted over the years on this forum and the forum we had previously, I clearly don't care about what others think of me on this forum! Again that sounds like you are portraying your negativeness on someone else because you probably have a inferiority complex! Also, if you look at what I posted in the thread about the Scouting Report, I obviously play a lot more baseball than worrying about gold cards and what others think on here! If you would look at the posts about all the collections, I have them done almost immediately after they drop, so I am definitely not worried about any other card that drops as is most other "collectors". This is why I keep asking you "Why?" You are truly are getting spun up over the question "Why?" Now, that is funny!!!! HAHAHAHA!!!!
Jeez man you didn't just ask "Why" you wrote a dang paragraph on how I must not play the game. Are you daft? I am right and you are wrong
Yea i got '21 after the playoffs ended in mid november. So this is my first game cycle I am right and you are wrong again!
So you are saying you care about what people think of you because you cannot handle being asked the question "Why?" and going overboard in trying to prove you are "right" and I am "wrong" and at the same time you don't prove anything other than that you so easily triggered by the question "Why?". Ok, got it! Thanks!
So, Why do you get worked up over a nothing sandwich so easily?
Keep feeding me master, keep telling me that you simply asked "why" with a full paragraph
So you are again refusing to answer "Why?" here again! Such a simple question, but you can't answer it! It must suck doing stuff when you have no idea why you are doing it!
nom nom nom yummy I already answered but keep on saying it!
No, you didn't answer "So, Why do you get worked up over a nothing sandwich so easily?" Apparently your hunger is messing up your cognitive abilities to answer simple questions and is making you hangry!
OH that "why." Right. The 20th time you asked why. Like a little toddler when a parent tells the toddler he can't have a toy at the store.
You chose to say i was worked up when I said "I'm right and you're wrong :)" twice. That was just stating a fact. And I didn't need multiple paragraphs to do so! Try it out sometime and people might enjoy your presence. So, that is why I didn't answer the 20th why.... Because I was not worked up to begin with! You are too easy
HAHAHA! You are saying you are not worked up?!? Maybe you should go back and look at your posts! You are clearly getting worked up over nothing and you keep asking for more like a little masochist! I cannot imagine being so upset about being asked "Why?" let alone getting so upset about being asked "Why?"

You were the one worked up buddy writing a long negative toned multi paragraph post that nobody asked for. Me telling you off is not getting worked up, it is a natural reaction. You looked dumb and now you have to keep coming back to try to save your high and mighty attitude. Nobody wants you in this thread with the way you talk about others here, you don't see me in your threads.

I'm clearly not worked up! How does asking "Why?" equate to being worked up? You are clearly worked up because you resort to name calling slurs and "attacking" someone who simply asked the question "Why?"!
Also,WHY are you speaking for "everyone"? Did you ask all thousands of other users if they agree? Of course not, so why are you claiming to speak for everyone?
Of course I could careless if you mention anything in my threads, because I wouldn't get worked up over nothing! I also wouldn't claim to speak for everyone! But you do you!

Thousands of users? there has been like 5 other people in here besides you. I'm not speaking for anyone, it is my thread that started with an actual simple (you should look up that word in the dictionary by the way) question. The other people in this thread did the normal thing and either provided their information or offered suggestions. You on the other hand, Wow. You decided to mock me and others that have a lot of stubs and make false claims that we don't play the game much and must spend a ton of time trying to accumulate stubs. You know what kind of person does something like that? I'll let you think about that instead of answering it for you to save yourself from another insult.

Wow, so simply asking "Why?" and stating "Why" I don't understand the logic is "mocking"! No wonder you get so worked up over the question "Why?" and other small stuff! That is some weak emotional intelligence if you can't handle answering someone question of "Why?" and then to try to defend your insults of a person asking "Why?" by claiming it is "mocking"! That is truly laughable!

This what I don't get...
Why???
Someone needing more than 5M stubs would most likely be a collector. If they are not collecting, there is no need to have more than 5M stubs. The days of having all the 1M cards is pretty much over with the RS and BR programs adding many more of those reward cads.
If someone is a collector, they would have pretty much have the majority of the cards already, so the amount needed to finish the collection would not come close to 5M stubs and therefore having more than 5M stubs is worthless.
It appears that those with anywhere near 5M stubs and having stubs stashed away spend most of their time not playing the baseball part of the game, so why would having so many stubs be important to buy cards that he or she will not play with in an actual game (online or offline)?
I feel like those who brag about having so many stubs or even 5100 of the same 84-rated card (which they definitely will not be playing within an actual game of baseball in a baseball game simulator video game!) is bringing this up as an awkward flex because they are flexing that they aren't playing the game to play baseball, but rather rack up a virtual currency that is solely for a baseball video game.

How is the above "mocking you and others"? Apparently, there are some others that were wondering the same question (go back to that post, look to the right and bottom of my post, and you can see why I can assume others wondering the same thing as me)! At least I can back up my assumptions!

If you think that is not a "simple question", it is no wonder why you get so worked up over it!
My question now is:
Why are continuing to yourself so worked up over this "simple question of Why?"?Another question:
Why? Just Why?Oh wait that is two questions technically even though it is really one. But that maybe to be to complicated for you as we obviously have different understanding of what constitutes a "simple question"!

You play it more than me just because I haven't completed the Moonshot Program! That is a joke! You read one other post and made a horrible assumption! But again, the question of "Why?" is too complicated for you so I should assume that you cannot make credible assumptions!

Emotional intelligence? You mocked a general group of people and I came back at you for being a negative nancy for no reason. And you obviously didn't handle it well.

At what point is this a simple "Why?" there is not a single question in this entire run on sentence. You just are blabbing on about how I am apparently bragging and awkward flexing? I hope god has mercy on you man.
A simple question would not include your negative opinions of others. I am just hanging out in my thread and telling you off for being a negative non contributor to my post - you are the one that keeps on coming back. Be my guest and keep it coming.

Opinions have nothing to do with the simplicity of a question when the opinion comes after the question! The opinion is to clarify the reasoning of the question "why?"! Again, your "simple-mindedness" clearly shows why you struggle with being asked "Why?"

So, again, I have to ask why (other than to flex upon those that are "stub poor" of course!)???
How is the above "mocking you and others"? Apparently, there are some others that were wondering the same question (go back to that post, look to the right and bottom of my post, and you can see why I can assume others wondering the same thing as me)! At least I can back up my assumptions!
You can't back up your assumptions because I actually play the game! And by looking at your posts it looks like I play it more than you considering I have finished the moonshot program!
You play it more than me just because I haven't completed the Moonshot Program! That is a joke! You read one other post and made a horrible assumption! But again, the question of "Why?" is too complicated for you so I should assume that you cannot make credible assumptions!
Ah, yes.... a horrible assumption, pot meet kettle? Just like your horrible assumption that I must not play the game because I have a lot of stubs.

Opinions have nothing to do with the simplicity of a question when the opinion comes after the question! The opinion is to clarify the reasoning of the question "why?"! Again, your "simple-mindedness" clearly shows why you struggle with being asked "Why?"
I mean you can't just ask someone "Why?" and then clarify the reasoning of the question with insults lmao. What don't you get about that? Nobody asked you to be rude. You can dish it but can't take it I see
You are truly thin-skinned if you take that as an insult. Again that shows how simpleminded, easily upset over nothing, and have low emotional intelligence.
Two more insults, add that to your docket of contributions to this thread! You are really contributing now!

Lets see...
My assumption of "others have the same question" was based off two likes of my post that asked my question.
Your assumption was based off looking at one post I made and you claim you play more than me based off progress of one of many programs, but you also claim you just started playing the game! You make absolute no sense!
Congrats you got likes! But newsflash you made the assumptions before there were likes on it
No, I did not. The assumption was made after the likes! Trust me, no one went and added those like after we have been having this discussion for so long! That is foolish nonsense to claim that those were added afterwards!
