Are there any decent lefty relievers other than 300k Billy Wagner?
Mantiply? Gregory Soto?
-
99 Chapman is basically free if you do parts of Extreme. Just requires playing time and that is without Showdown.
93 Britton has a program
90 Billy Wagner is pretty good with the Phillies I think.
88 Lefty Grove as a reliever is good too

Thanks gentlemen!

Geez, I pretty much forgot that the majority of the relievers that everyone uses are considered "closing pitchers".
-
Definitely depends on whether you are willing to do some extreme, because you could throw Chapman in there, but there isn't much for "Budget" Options. I would probably go with 90 Overall Chapman, Greg Soto, and Mantiply if you can't do extreme. Britton is probably out of budget. John Franco can be effective in certain situations but he should never be a go to guy
-
Hader , Zach Britton,David Price is a decent lefty for middle and long relief the 95 rate card I think. Aaron Loup anrew Pomerantz are effective and certainly a bargain while your buldin for better. Tyler Matzek ,Baves relief is a good buy also.

Wasn’t Britton’s card a boss? I know I could be wrong, I thought that he was though. I don’t think you can still get him for free.

I like Britton too. I almost have him to P5. The list isn't in order of my favorites. It's in order of OVR. This is straight from the database. All I did was copy/paste the data.

Honestly don't remember but I thought I got him through a program and not by picking him as a boss. You could be right though.

Soto is one of the best on a budget. I know LS Hader has fallen on hard times but he was my first p5 guy this year. His stuff still plays imo. My trick now is trying to find some right handed arms in the pen. Fingers and Goose are starting to get lit up and I really dont want to break the bank for Mariano or overpay 90k for Hoffman.
