And @tmichae10_PSN are Mantle and Davis really considered Henchmen? I thought they were like honorary bosses or something. -

I thought they were like honorary bosses or something.Through the previous iterations of the game/programs any of the lower tiered players before the main bosses have always been identified as bosses. Some previous programs had the choice pack for lower cards (Bradley jr, Lowe, muncy, etc), but in changing things up they gave dedicated cards to MM and ED…..if they’re not the promoted headliner, they fall under “henchmen” moniker.

Oh I totally know the henchmen. I love the henchmen. I posted a Sad face about their absence in this program. I just remember when they had Fernando they called him a bonus boss or something like that. I assumed Mickey and ED were the same thing. But I'm sure you're right. Sooooo, has anyone tried them?

The real Chicago team! No, I don’t dislike the Cubs, but the Southside team has always been a team I liked.

Honestly don’t recall them identifying him as a “mini-boss”….but I do know they’ve noted before they didn’t like calling them “henchmen” (maybe that has a negative connotation), so maybe mini-boss was their way of trying to rebrand them….but the community has spoken!
I haven’t had a chance to play yet, but would test it out today to be sure sure.

They definitely don't, they count as henchmen, henchmen are not bosses

Well I concede. It's just odd be ause they set the precedent with Valenzuela in calling him s bonus boss a day he was the exact same thing during the sizzling summer program as Davis was to the dog days and Mantle to Old school. Oh, good to know. Thanks.

I don’t know why you sent this post with my name on it, but I didn’t hear them call Valenzuela a “bonus boss” because I did not watch the stream. I never said anything about it though. I just knew they weren’t bosses because they weren’t a boss. I just figured the cards from the boss packs were bosses. Not because I knew anything, just figured from playing for a few years. I’m sure you have every boss anyway. It’s not going to hurt that 2 cards don’t count.

Sucks Mantle and Davis don't count. I was lucky I took Pedro or it would've taken me the entire conquest map to complete the Dog Days Mission with only Bench or Ripken if I'd taken one of them. Took me just as long to complete the Old School and I have Chipper and Billy...Getting 2 sometimes 3 innings out of Pedro really sped up that mission.
