Benched so can’t play!

I’m furious! Playing “Road to the Show” and made it to the majors.
Year 1: came up July 24 and led team in HRs, won rookie of the year, took team to playoffs.
Year 2: benched. Season is a few weeks in and I have missed those few weeks (GP and opportunities to play to be top of the league for all stats)
How can I unbench myself? I’m here to play the game, NOT BE BENCHED!!

Tell your agent your not happy with your current situation. They will look to trade you. Yes you can't request a trade but there are ways off a team. You can also turn your trade sliders all the way up. Other than that patience.
