I tried buttons can't do it. Prefer the feeling of swinging.
Stride is tough. Props for that.

My fastball timing seem a little better today. As we all know timing windows are off in this game game mode to game mode inning to inning game to game.

Offline is way better, consistent and enjoyable.

There is something definitely changed. Now guys are spamming 102 mph fastballs and it use to be easier to time them. Now on SOME games no matter what I do Im late. Makes no sense. This game is FUBAR

I don't recall every having so many lates very lates trying to hit FBs. I use analog zone , have hardwired fiber and the series X. Starting to think I might try a different controller in practice mode. It's getting old especially in DD with all the 100 mph FBs u can get. Online rated I tend to do much better even though I play on hof bat legend pitch.
Well I was being dominated by Nolan Ryan on ranked until I started timing up the fast ball. Ended up losing 6-3 started the ninth, lost 6-5. So it's basically a you problem.. "get good scrub" would be what some would say.

Btw I hit with timing only and I can hit a 102 mph fastball on ranked.

What happened to fastball timing on series X constantly late?Timing it was fine in July early August.

What gets me is the pitch speed changes on different difficulties. Playing BR and getting your timing down, then switching to ranked seasons and everything is faster if you are in the higher ranks.

Idk but something changed. Never had this problem before. Sure I would be late here and there but now it's almost always late . Even if I go to practice it's late lol.

Past couple days I been able to time the fastball no problem online. What I did was stop using quick resume close the app and restart game completely. It may be a coincidence or maybe servers slightly better.

I'm taking about online . Totally different. I mainly play hof bat legend pitch online .

Timing windows very inconsistent in the game back to being constantly late on the fastball online. They did or changed something.

The issue I'm having with FB's, especially since the previous update is they are rising out of the pitchers hand initially, which fastballs do not do...and my god does it throw me off

I have had luck changing my view to further out . I'm still late a lot but not as bad or often.

I'm actually good at the game so there is no reason for me to play online, default pitch speeds to me is basically hitting against knuckleball speeds, if I hit against actual knuckleball speeds on DD or whatever I might as well bring a book and pack a lunch cause its gonna take a while for each pitch.

Not really sure I get the rational behind that. I play online for the competitive juice. Online rated is decent most times . DD is pretty horrible most times. CO OP is a blast with friends online . Be better if it was 9 innings.
My online rated record is above .550 with a ERA under 2. All with the Phillies. Not that they are that bad but I get a lot of Mets , Dodgers , Yankees. Hof batting my hitting does suffer a little but it's not all me. There is lag and a insane amount of tink balls. You can make a lot of great swings online and not get many hits . Is what it is.
Honestly this game is way more of a pitching simulator then a hitting.
