RTTS attribute stuck at 63 for 2 full seasons

How do I build up my attributes for my player, he has been stuck on 63 for 2 full seasons and I can't grow enough to move up from the minors?

Need more info on your player. What archetype level, perks, position, two way, pitcher, primary and secondary strengths, and are all you attributes at 50?

Quickest thought is to "upgrade your archtype".
I think what "snags" a lot of players in this boat is that Archtypes come in packs that have to be opened before they can be applied...

That's probably what it is. I figure if he checks everything I listed, he'll figure out what's wrong. I don't expect an answer.

My player is second base, still working on getting everything thing up to 50, taking a long time. I know when I first started the game at one point my player we at 68 and then the next moment it dropped down to under 50 and I had played a season and a half. So I been working real hard to get him back up, but stalled at the 63.

I'll have to look to see if I have the Archtypes, didn't know what they were. Will this help some?

I'll have to look to see if I have the Archtypes, didn't know what they were. Will this help some?
Yes, immensely. You always want to have the Highest Archetype card and the best Perks slotted for your position/focus.

The only way to have under 50 is to have no archetype.
In the locker room, go to my ballplayer-my ballplayer-loadout, the archetype is going to be the largest of the 3, 4, or 5 boxes in the upper left. Click on that and you should see 3 bronze archetype. (You will eventually earn silver, gold, then diamond archetypes as you go. Always switch as soon as you get a new one.) Pick one and you will immediately see your OVR go up. The small boxes are for the perks.
