Moments extreme rigged, "outs" on hits/ walks

I've been working on the 3 home runs without recording an out and first time this happened I had 2 home runs then I singled and it showed I recorded and out and made me restart the moment. 30 mins later I get a home run, single, then walk and it says "out" and makes me restart. Happened to anyone else?

It’s 3 home runs in a row. Anything else but a home run will count as an out

It does say that in the last sentence of the description where it says "...re-create this feat by tallying a trio of home runs in three plate appearances." It then also says "LEGNTH: 3 PLATE APPEARANCES" right above the "Progress:"
Three plate appearances means it has to be done with those first three batters!

I went through and did not have to get 3 in a row as long as I didn't make an out. Singles did not count as an out

Three plate appearances means it has to be done with those first three batters!
When the program released it said LENGTH: 1 Inning. if it says 3 plate appearance now that means it just got much much harder for those who havent done it yet
