I feel like someone is always trying to sue big companies. Thats why they have a whole fleet of the best lawyers and usual win or settle for much less if they are indeed at fault for something.

Well from what I read they should definitely be worried. I relate. It will affect more than the UK I expect. But it is simply the law of nature that every dog has its day.
