CFD Drain

I notice that when I start a game it shows all the players on my team and is called friendship boosts. The pitcher weather it is my player or CPU player it has CFD Drain and is always a minus %. What is it? It seams to be something new this year.

It just means that you or the pitcher in your team loses confidence at a slower pace than usuall because of you or a teammate of yours (if you're the pitcher)
