Imagine if these were time locked programs.
I know, right? I wish in the future they would do something similar to what they did in the April program where for Stage 1 they had that optional Topps Now mission. Maybe have one mission or moment you could skip and still get the points you need, so that in the case of a server glitch you could do that extra moment and finish the stage.

I am still stuck on stage 1 at 73 points. I had a server glitch after the Marte moment. I finished all of the other moments which got me to 62 points, two points shy of getting the Mancini Topps Now card. I went ahead and bought Mancini, locked all of the Topps Now cards in, and was hoping that would maybe trigger something in the program. I even went back and redid the moments in Week 5, but I am still stuck two points short. I am hoping we hear something back from our support tickets soon.
Yes, this sounds pretty similar to my situation. Still locked.

I got tired of waiting so I rented the players to get their missions done. Ended up making a profit when I sold them back. Now I have the free ones plus Riley.

I'm still locked in stage 1 as well. Also at 62 of 64 stars in stage 1 with all moments done. They responded to my ticket today around 7pm, saying the issue was resolved. I went and checked but still only have 62 stars and can't do anything to advance to stage 2. Emailed SDS back and told them nothing has been resolved, and was told they would get back to me as they pass this info onto the team and thanks for my patience.

Looks like Riley is still unavailable after the patch

I was hoping the patch would fix it too. Still waiting to hear back from my support ticket.

I got the original reply from SDS 4 days ago, still waiting on a follow up.

I got this response Thursday night, but it doesn't help me any.
"Hello. Server issues remain our top priority. We’re moving as fast as possible to resolve. We’re grateful for your continued patience."

This is kinda sad how they can’t do anything about it like I’m pretty sure all of us submitted tickets I’ve only heard of one of y’all getting a response I haven’t gotten anything and we still can’t get Riley

Yep, still can't unlock Austin Riley. Moments for Stage 2 are still locked, unavailable.

Yep, still can't unlock Austin Riley. Moments for Stage 2 are still locked, unavailable.
This is a long shot but there is a streamer who just accepted a job at SDS on their live content team. When she streams each day, her message is "let's talk about it." Maybe you can get on her channel when she is streaming and let her know that you're waiting for a response from SDS. Maybe she will look at your video clip to see what is wrong.
I don't know...it's a long shot, but it's something.
