Fielding needs Fixed ASAP Please....thank you

Had another game where two fly balls went right through my fielders in the outfield. One was where my fielder turned red to dive (but he didn't need to) and it basically went right through him. The other was when trying to throw a person out from left (and would have had him by a ton), and the guy didn't catch it and instead went right through him. The fielding is atrocious. Not just the catching of fly balls, but the urgency in the outfield is ridiculous. No way someone with 40 speed should be getting a triple in the gap because the outfielders take their sweet time to throw it in. Another thing is bunt fielding is horrible. Has made it where bunt cheese is back.
