XBOX crashing after RS lineup menu and right before game starts

They are not going to respond. They MIGHT even tell you on a stream they fixed it, but they haven’t. Foul balls were supposedly fixed, but they weren’t. Diving across the screen was supposedly fixed but it wasn’t either. Just accept you purchased the game. They got their money. That’s what they do. They don’t listen, they don’t care. When EA drops MVP again 2024 they might. However, until then SDS will always keep the love it or accept it attitude. Sorry about everyone’s luck I truly am. The hitting will stay the same, the pinpoint pitching will be the same. The pack opening will stay the same (219 packs and counting regular, ball is a habit and headliners) with 0 diamonds, unless you’re a content creator then you have better luck. It irritates me but I still love to play, and playing a very flawed game is still better than not playing at all. Complaining only makes playing worse. However, not being able to play like some with crashes is a joke. That would cause me not to come back.

Yeah its a joke. I have 10 losses in RS due to this. Does this only happen on the gamepass version?

It's definitely not a gamepass issue. I bought the digital deluxe, and every time I try to play a game, this crash happens. I just uninstalled and don't plan on reinstalling. I've got games that I can play that actually work. I just came here to see if anyone was having the same problem as me.

Here we go again... the game is crashing on Xbox Series X and I'm losing RS points. I sent a bug report a month ago and still no reply.

I have this issue every day. How come they can’t fix the pinch hitter being announced twice. They added this with the first patch but it’s here to stay I guess. They will add some songs that no one cares about though. Sorry for the rant but I just wonder about the priorities with this company.

I posted this several comments ago, but again, I've already tried reinstalling the game. The issue still persists.
Them not fixing this yet given it’s been reported for over a month only indicates one or two things:
1.) they don’t know how to fix the issue
2.) they don’t care to take time to figure out how to fix the issueI’d hope it’s just option 1 but with SDS, probably both

It happens even in conquest games vs the computer. Line ups pop up then it dashboards you out of the game. After you get back in it counted as a loss. I have had it happen to me in events, BR, conquests, and mini seasons. So far I have lucked out on Ranked but I can see it coming.

I bet others have reported it as well as I've seen it happen to some of the top streamers on multiple different occasions.
I agree with you that it could be either 1 or 2, but the fact that this is happening decades into the game's existence is sad.
I'm no EA or 2K fan, but you just don't see this type of stuff in their games. Getting into a game successfully is such a basic function. On top of that, being punished for their bug via a loss of points is unacceptable.
