Lost the FS flag sale pack

I just bought the FS tool flash sale pack and open the pack this morning, then I just back and forth to check the card price and player ability on app for then I found the card has lost and gone in pick UI,so anybody help me to find the CS email for this issue submission, thanks

Go onto the console,it is still there.doesnt come back on the app for some reason.
