Not Earning XP

Hey MLB the Show!
My brother (he uses another account) is not earning any gameplay xp! Also another friend isn’t either! Their usernames are Raider1011287 and monkeybuis. Can you please help them?

Have them reinstall the game. There is a bug where it shuts off XP if you play homerun derby mode. I'm assuming that is the case
