Missing HRD Pack

Well this has never happened to me before. I bought the second HRD pack got the high tier. Went to look at the attributes on the app before selecting and went back and the pack was gone and so we’re my stubs. Anyone else have this issue ? Will SDS make this right ? ) I submitted a ticket and lucky I screen shoted the pack contents to send to my buddy so I have proof I got the high tier.

If you did everything on the app it will be there when you turn the game back on

Log in through your console. It will allow you to resume.
