Parallel Question

Why do some cards not go up by one for each parallel level? I have Doubles Club 95 Castellanos Parallel II but he is only a 96 not 97.

Going up a parallel level doesn’t equal a card improving by +1 to its total overall

The parallel is a +1 to all attributes. A cards total overall is based on the combination of all attributes. Sometimes improving all attributes by 1 doesn’t mean the cards total overall improves by 1
