Cheated in diamond dynasty

Encountered a player just now who intentionally froze the game somehow using his quick menu. I am now stuck on a screen which says I can forfeit their game because the time ran out, but it’s frozen and I cannot do so. He messaged me on PlayStation and it’s now even more clear that he did it intentionally.
Update: I believe things have been taken care of and very quickly

I'm assuming you mean that his timer is at 'O' but when you hit square to forfeit it just goes back to asking you if you want to forfeit?
If so, just wait it out. Eventually it will either time out or he'll unpause and then won't be able to pause again without running out of time.

It shows you won. If he msgd you saying he tried to intentionally freeze the game; I would take a screen and report him to SDS via the Report option on this site.

I did message him calling him out on what he did and it was very clear he knew. Even his recent games show the same stuff. I didn’t know we couldn’t post a name sorry about that new to the forum. Also, surprisingly enough soon after I made this post it booted him and I got the win so everything worked out. Thank you

I do it through the game.
It's the option beside where you go for Roster Updates. I think it's Game History. Then I select Ranked Record, or something like that, and the Lifetime. Hit square and then type in the user's name.
Then go to Game History on their 'page'.

ALWAYS report them on the platform it happened on. Take a screen shot of offending player name in game and send a report to SDS.
End of story.

I’m on my phone. On the website. But if I go to your profile I see a drop down that says more but it does t say anything about games played.

Quite the statement coming from a loser who has frozen two losses to me online now.
Got the wrong account because I’m not even able to play PlayStation online. Banned till October 30th due to someone reporting my messages.

Yeah I’ve learned my lesson literally got 60 days for the word dicc. Never using playstation messaging again once I’m unbanned. Missed the best diamond dynasty content of the season too.
