They also screwed up Spencer Strider's TN card. They forgot his signature mustache. And they didn't give him outlier on his fastball which hits 100-102 regularly IRL.

They don't go by actual velocity though... Chapman has thrown more pitches above 102 mph irl than anybody in baseball, but doesn't get outlier.
