Program XP Disappeared to Zero

I just noticed that all of the XP I've earned for the Future of the Franchise Program has reset to zero as has the reward path. I had over 800K XP earned before the reset and now I only have 2,214 XP which is going toward the very first reward of the program at 5K XP.
Anyone else ever experience this and know a fix?

I've read that this has happened to a few people and while they do get the packs again; they don't open.

Happened to me too. I was at about 920k last night and got on tonight to find out it’s reset to 0. Hopefully they’ll fix this

Nope you’re screwed. Happened to me too around 910k. Hundreds of reports on it...typical response on a game breaking bug.
