Does this game make the lesser team even to the better team?

My team is stacked, I have both collections done and almost every card In the game. When I play ranked I have the better team 9 times outta 10. When I get into a game I feel like I’m playing with 59 overall cards while my opponent has a full team of 99.
For example my opponent can pitch with a FOTF Alex Monoah while I pitch with collections Randy. Monoah will hit every corner, get every call, and everything while My Randy will miss every spots even when it’s a 100 accuracy and release and won’t get the same calls. The same thing will happen with my hitters. My good hits will be outs, my bad hits will be outs and majority of my perfect hits will be outs or turned early/late while the person I’m facing will have 5 hits with 4 hrs and 1 triple, regardless if good or bad timing. We can have the 3 same hitters and my hitters will be 0-3 even when I hit good goods on hittable pitches but his players will go 2-3 or 3-3 with early and late hits on pitches out side the zone or inside the hands.
When I play someone with the same tier team as me things won’t happen as if I was playing a lesser team.
I just want to know if the same thing will happen to others as it does with me or if the game bumps their team up and allows them to get better animations so that the game will be fair for them. -

If you notice on your DD Team home screen where it shows your DD Teams's OVR, Pitching Contact, Power, Fielding & Speed. You will also see "Mod Rating" & that is what is used to balance out the Modding in games where you are playing some one with a Team OVR lower or higher then. The Team with lower OVR will nerf the Team with the higher OVR. How much it will nerf depends on how much the difference is within the OVR of both teams. However that really does not matter. A person can have a 25 player team of all Diamond 99 Metas & will lose most games because they are just not good. Then a person can have a Team of 25 Golds only & still win most games because they are that good. You just need to focus on building your team with the highest valued attribute cards you own which plays best for you. Not all cards will play great for everyone. As long as your Teams OVR hits witin 90 to 94, then you will even out with most other DD Teams. Rarely would some have DD Teams hitting 95 or higher. Mostly because they always are using player they are testing out or using for PxP missions which keeps their Team OVR within 90-94

Rating modifier isn’t used in H2H anymore. I don’t think it’s been active since 18 or 19.

In previous edition I was always more scared for the teams with no 99s then the teams with only 99s

i only ever got worried when i played someone with the BR flawless rings or banners
