The article on the app says, earn 15K XP with the 10 new moments. They are each 1K. Am I missing some cool hidden 5k moment or did they add a mission I can't find or are they just wrong on the App?

Slick way of wording it so that it includes the XP earned while playing the Moment?

I finished all ten pretty easily but with the 1000XP per moment and how much you got from completing it looks like it netted me 14K

That 10/15k definitely isn’t making an impact for me either at this point. Think I hit 650k in the program the other day. Obviously the rewards thereafter are all just extras but I think with the number of packs you could play the 1 small conquest map like 4-5 times I think and earn the same #of packs.
I’ll still toil away, but even the incentive to lock in cards for devers has waned….might want to just sell my 5 for 100+
