George springer

Is springers new card any good? I’m debating between (cycle) Longoria, rookie Puljos, and Springer for a new hitter in my lineup. What’s the best out of the 3?
-
He’s very good. Great d and hits bombs/gappers. He’s pretty cheap I think as well.
-
It’s relative because people hit better with certain cards. I don’t hit well with most but Pujols was a nightmare for me. Do not like the swing. Also can’t hit water if I fell out of a boat with Thomas but when I pitch to him it’s a 440 foot nuke. Stats really mean nothing on cards unless you’re the top 50 sweats on you tube. One card is garbage for certain people but a monster for others. Use whatever you are best with.

Cheap? He's the 3rd most expensive card right now, only Delgado (122k) and Pujols (130k) cost more. His price should come down though. Not counting LS of course

Yeah, definitely not cheap.
OP, Pujols is an absolute beast and has some versatility in where he can play both corner infield and outfield. I haven't tried Springer yet. If you haven't tried Jim Edmonds, he is also a beast, everyone I've seen post on here about him has said the same.

Just got Reggie Jackson so for now my outfield is complete (Castellanos, Walker, Jackson) going after pujols next and might put him at 3rd and move one of Devers POTM or Thomas who i haven't had great success with yet to my bench.
Love jim edmonds swing, always have

Hahhahaha he was like 25k when I got enough wins in that event to earn him. I’ll have to look at his price now.

Omg I just looked. For some reason I was talking about Correa. My bad. Do not buy Springer based on my advice!

If I were picking for myself I would get springer just because it hit well with him and not to well with puljos. Devers is also a great so I would pass on Longoria. Just my opinion. Like the other guy said it’s all about the swings.

I have him in cf over trout, hess easily worth it. but based on your question albert would be my choice over him. who else is in your of?? albert is batting third in my lineup and hitting close to 430 with a ton of power and solid in the field

How is Reggie doing for you? I have Justice in LF (who will never come out) Springer in CF and Walker in RF. Would Reggie be an upgrade in RF? The only thing that worries me is his glove, but if he can handle RF okay I might pick him up.
I have Castellanos as a bench bat and J.R. Richard is just wasting away on my team, so i could swing picking up Reggie.

No home runs yet bunch of doubles but it's only been 3 games, was robbed of a home run but i love his swing and his home run animation is always awesome. Got Pujols this evening too.

A lot of people are saying go with Pujols and I agree. His a beast for me been on my team for a long time and will continue to do so. I have him at parallel 5 and hitting .378 with him.
