Seems like 2 years is the standard. And the reason nobody here is talking, is because every time someone gets caught they make a thread, so any legitimate gripes get completely ignored.

This in unreal! 2 YEARS and they can't even tell me what I did wrong? or how to prevent it in the future, or how long it actually is?
Man, I'm disappointed. I certainly didn't do anything against the rules (as far as I know...)

Reinstall the game

Delete the game and reinstall. I had the same problem and that fixed it for me.
