I posted about top cards you can't hit with, who are your 'absolute beasts' (as Boog would say) that came out of nowhere? Maybe you could never hit with them or had 0 expectations.

Number 1 is easily Gary Carter 96 2nd Half-
I think I had 3 HRS with all of his cards combined last year. He was king noodle bat.

Now, he's the destroyer of ⚾️s. Great opposite field power. Any time I have 2 outs, he gets a hit.

2- David Justice- I bought his award card late last year and never really used it. Wow, what a great card. Lots of 2Bs the other way and always hits bombs when the bases are jammed.

3- Frank "finally hits Tanks" Thomas- I admit this is mostly an offline sample but after the singles machine last year, I expected this to be the same but the ball jumps off his bat. I can see how he'd be tough to use online but for the offline grind, he's a stud.

    Who you got?

Never cared for Bellinger but I can't get rid of his FotF card, I think he's leading my roster in HRs and RBIs

Agreed on Justice, that swing is majestic to watch, SDS did him right.

No lies, face of the franchise Lindor, once I got to parallel 4 he really started mashing. His swing generates power, he trails only my LS Judge in home runs and ribbies

I was even raking with gold LS Lindor, so I know his FOTF card hits like endgame

I second Lindor....the cards stats aren't anything to write home about but he absolutely mashes baseballs and always seems to find grass.

That Andre Dawson card from the April POTM program has easily been my most surprising. I never really expected to use him but now I can't take him out of my lineup. I'm hitting well over .300 with that card and I doubt I'm hitting over .300 with anyone else as I am not a good hitter in this game at all. Hits for some power too and always seems to get the clutch hits when I need em. Very surprised with how well I'm doing with that card.

I expected Utley to be solid with so-so power but he has been my Barry Bonds. Monster.

Small sample size but this new monthly Kole Calhoun mashes. I love his swing.
