regarding the vault

all i play is franchise mode and i download from the vault, since the vault has the most up to date and closet to the real rosters of mlb teams. but i am wondering which to me is still a issue on each years version of the show to date. once you download a roster from the vault, you can not download any players that are added to mlb rosters that were in the minors, once you set up your franchise in franchise mode. i am wondering if there is a way around this issue, i know this years version of the show is supposed to be more realistic when it comes to all rosters major and minor league teams, no fake players. so can someone still answer my answer for me thank you for your time
