This post has nothing to do with the game but with the community for this game. You guys are the absolute worst. Everyone is either a troll, try’s to act tuff behind a keyboard, or is a troll. When reading comments on post on this forum or someone’s comments on a YouTube video, it’s nothing but trolls and people that disrespectfully get in their feelings when someone is speaking their mind. I really don’t understand why people deliberately go out of their way to trash someone on their opinion or their own feelings. That’s all these forums are, just someone’s opinion, personal feelings, or thoughts.
I hate it because you never know what someone is goin on in their life. You never know what people have going on in their life. People really think what they say online doesn’t affect people when it does. Not gonna lie, when I post and someone says something I don’t like on my post and it might get to me. Luckily I can deal with it and it doesn’t bother me but it might not be that for the next person. I will play some, win or lose, and get a message telling me to do better and stop using mommy credit card and dumb stuff like that, I’m pretty sure we all been there and it happened to us all more than we like. Can we please do better please

It's funny, but I was kind of thinking along the same lines as you today.
About a year ago, I switched obsessions from 2K to The Show. In most regards, I'm extremely happy with the switch.
However, the one thing about 2K that was far better was 2KGamer.
Were there trolls, whining, and some nastiness at times?
Yes. But not NEARLY on the same level as this "community". People mostly helped each other out on those boards.
This forum is better than nothing I guess.

Yeah man. Don't think to much about it. Rejoice knowing that the people on the internet who are always rude and condescending are usually timid little nobody's in their real life.
On this forum specifically, it helps to imagine the guy talking to you as a 50 year old man, because more than likely he is lol. Then most of it comes off a dad humor or typical curmudgeon behavior.

You must be new here. There are certainly plenty of trolls, unfriendly people, and miserable posters but there are certainly some good posters that contribute great things to this community. Not a good look to paint with such a broad brush. If things upset you easily it may be best to not even visit this place. Hope find a happy medium if you choose to stay.

The thing that gets to me is the R2 spam CHEESE and the 59 foot dirt pitch spam CHEESE. The first is just flat out toxic and the latter is just abusing a flawed game mechanic where every catcher in the game should make the hall of fame just for their super human ability to block dirt pitches.

Nicely put - ignore the children that pop up on here for they know not what say or do -these are the same children that bunt dance and hold R2 and think it actually effects the other player.

I’m not saying you are wrong, but I get talked down to more than anyone on this forum at the moment.
