I get messages about being a directional hitter when I have been zone since 2016. You can not tell what type of hitting style someone uses so stop blaming your loss on something other than your own skill/luck.
I actually won. It was against someone who i know and directly asked. But hey thanks for the info!

So you won the game, asked ONE guy about what he was doing, and that makes it out of control? Yeah. Okay. People on this forum cry about everything and I mean literally everything for no reason at all. It's pathetic
If you're any good, it shouldn't matter how anybody else plays their game.

Directional is trash, the biggest directional use big Tom k switched to zone and said he didn’t understand why he never used it. Directional is all about rng and hoping it favors u

People will bash directional and timing only hitting, but they haven't tried it in BR thus year. It is 100% a crutch. Draft a team woth high clutch and let the rng begin. It's also very easy to lay off pitches when you aren't having to move a pci

i never use power swing for directional. always use regular swing. power seems to mess up the timing.

I believe more people use directional this year as well. It's a reason why I think SDS got rid of your opponents feedback. If they use directional the PCI stays dead center every time. When you give up grounder after grounder up the middle with ok contact I think that's a sign of directional. Can't prove it unless you ask your opponent which I couldn't care less. In my opinion if you use directional you really are low skilled or learning so it shouldn't be hard to beat that person anyways. They will get some cheap hits but it won't win the game for them if you know how to pitch and hit.

I'm a directional hitter because my finger dexterity & reflexes dont let me move the PCI quickly & accurately enough. From Exp I can tell you that a well timed swing with stuff thrown within 75% of strike zone (inner, outer, upper, lower) will result in hits & HR's. However with stuff outside the zone it is HORRIBLE because you have to rely on the CPU controlling your Hitters with if their Vision was in that area. Online I do very eell for most part not chasing & laying of stuff outside to force the count to 3-0, 3-1 & 3-2 so that next pitch will either walk me or be with 75% of the zone because my opponent want to guarantee hitting the zone & counting on miss missing it. This is when I get to really crush stuff.

Yeah I believe it. This is how SDS has ruined the game and made it less competitive. It takes very little skill to be good now. Game is fun for what it is but can't take it seriously at all.

The PCI does not stay dead center with directional. Why would you just so confidently say something when you have no idea what you're talking about?

I do know what I'm talking about they've had it for years you just push up down left or right and you time the swing whether you want to hit it to which side of the field and on the ground or in the air. So yes I know what I'm talking about. It's for beginners or people with disabilities.
