I am once again asking cause I can’t seem to find it. Can you turn off controller vibrations in the game? I hate opening large amount of packs while the controller is vibrating. It makes my hands tired.

I believe it's a console setting, not an in game setting. However I may be wrong.
If you want vibrations on for other games, but don't want it when opening packs, have you considered doing your pack openings on your phone through the app? Obviously that's not ideal, but definitely a work around if you have a stockpile you're planning to work through.

There is an in game setting, go to settings, gameplay and in general tab press L2 or R2 (I don’t know the equivalent to XBox) and it will change from basic to advanced, from there you can do it

I just turned it off. Still vibrates while opening packs….

Go to your Xbox home > settings > accessibility > controller > vibration settings. Then go down to the last option to turn the vibration off.
