It's still early as the stub sale has only been live for about 12-14 hours; but I don't think it has really affected the market.
Yes, Trout, Acuna, Tatis, and a few other LS Diamond went up; but nothing else has really moved.
FOTF still close to QS value minus a select few.
CA and Anime cards are still around 20K (the CA pack in the Program path may have something to do with those cards).
But nothing else has really gone up.
Honestly, unless stuff drastically goes up over the weekend, since people are still in school/working during the week, I don't think the stub sale will have the effect it has in the past.

Not really a big sell either. Have to spend big just to get 30% off. Later you will get better stub sells.

There aren't any current reasons to buy fotf etc, guarantee you if collection mentions dropped, they would.

I think this one is just on Playstation. Last year the stub sales between the different platforms were usually staggered.

Gotcha I just saw something on Xbox. I guess you could call it a "sale". It's like 10% off IF you have game pass.

That is always there, even when no sale is going on. Xbox will eventually get the same type of sale Playststion currently has.

I can see cards jumping a little when a collection is announced. But other than the rare BR Program Mission related cards; I don't think we'll see the jump we have in the past.
Event ret were one of the ones that jumped alot; but now you can get up to 3 Rewind pack per Event.
