Stub Sale just started

To early to tell; but it seems like it's only affecting the 90+ Diamonds. And mainly Trout, Tatis, and Acuna.

And Jose Ramirez. Going for 125k, I should have stocked up on that one when he was going for 15k/20k early in the year.

Yeah Trout every year is a given to go up when Stub sales happen.

It really sucks to sell Trout for 350k and a week later he goes up to 450K

There is a stub sale on memorial day weekend every year. Why would you sell the most valuable card in the game a week ago?

Yeah - I’ve been holding an extra Max Scherzer for the stub sale but not sure he’ll pop like the others (only up a few thousand stubs right now)…

Thinking of selling trout for a 150 k profit and buy some pitching .
I actually trade futures irl but new to this market. Will he continue go up then crash back down to around 300k or something?

Honestly. Hard to tell. Chances are he will hover around where he is at now and depending on how soon they do a stub sale for XBox players and one for Switch players; he may stay around 400K for awhile.
Depending on how close you are to finishing the LS Collection, and how bad you want Thomas and Randy; you may be better off selling him and buying him back late in the year when he'll eventually drop to around 100K.

For whatever reason I don't hit him well so was thinking about it. I am always late or early . I have Buxton to replace him so it's like it's a total loss.
After a couple stiff drinks I will make a decision lol.

I got my trout for 311k and just sold him for 484k, so I made about 125k pure profit after taxes. I still needed Acuna and Tatis and some others anyways so I'm happy to take my profit and wait it out.

I sold mine a week or so ago. Was in the same boat; couldn't hit with him. Plus I still need Acuna, DeGrom, Tatis, and Ohtani; so I'm in no hurry to finish the collection.

Oh no, it wasn’t me. I pulled him two days ago and locked him in. A very popular poster of this forum did because he was hitting below the Mendoza line with the card.

I'm crossing fingers that he goes to 89 tomorrow and helps offset what I'll need to pay extra for Degrom and Tatis and finish the collection.

The audacity of having a stub sale when their game is practically unplayable. They should be giving away stubs for free.

He’s injured so would be very strange to get downgraded…
