I think they just gave him a maxed out card tbh, EA and 2k do this with the actual pro players who play their game.

In reading some of the comments on Twitter it seems like he was working towards it as they saw some have a 1/1 at P4. I wonder if the set his account to reward like 5x PXP so it would go super quick. Either way it's just such a feel good moment and one of those thing the whole community (for the most) is in agreement that's its a big W
