Hitting view in DD

What bis the best/most commonly used hitting view this year? I use strike zone 3, but would like to improve my hitting.

Strike zone. I use strike zone high

I flipped between the 2 (high and SZ) and can’t see a difference, even using batters box lines as reference

Most competitive players use some form of strike zone. I tried it but it never felt comfortable to me. Still using The Show 16.
