April PotM progression not working

So for the April PotM program I did things in the following order:
Completed all 4 weeks of moments in stage 1 for 52 program points
Played 2 vs. CPU games to get 2k XP with Topps Now players to get 10 program points (stage 1)
Then completed the collection in stage 1 which should give me 40 program points to reach 102 program points total, but I only got 3 points for completing the collection so I am stuck at 65 points.
I submitted a ticket, but since I never got any response to my ticket during early access weekend, am I just screwed in progressing to get Dawson & Rizzo, plus getting access to all 9 other PotM cards by getting to stage 3?

If you want the full 40pts for the Collection you have to buy the players.
After you lock them in for 40pts; sell back the ones you got.
Then do the PXP mission for 20 pts. Then you only have to do 2-3 Moments.
Like the other person stated; Stage 1 only goes to 65pts.

That is not how anyone has said to do the program, I’ve watched numerous YT videos about the program. It’s supposed to work the way I described.

Pretty sure if nobody else got past 65pts some YouTuber didn't.

It's not supposed to work that way. It should but it doesn't. Will you link these YouTube videos?

The way you all are describing it, there’s no way to finish the program without buying the 3 88 & 1 90 PotM card you don’t get in stage 2 from the marketplace.
The method you are describing you are stuck at the end of stage 2 with 168 program points having done the XP grinds for your 5 provided cards, the 2nd Topps Now grind, the batter/pitcher PotM grinds, all stage 2 moments, & the required first collection.
Stuck at 65 after stage 1 (should be at 102)
11 3 point moments = 98
2nd Topps Now = 108
3 XP grinds with the 3 88 PotM cards = 117
XP grind with 90 PotM card = 120
2 XP grinds for PotM cards at 15 points each = 150
Required collection = 165
XP grind with the 2nd 90 PotM you earn = 168And now your stuck unless you buy the 4 PotM cards you don’t earn in stage 2. That’s not how this is supposed to work.

The 2 90 cards give 4pts not 3.which takes you to 170 gets you dawson and his mission gets you to rizzo

Ok my mistake, but why does the stage 1 collection say it’s worth 40 points when it’s really worth 13 (and they should just get rid of the stage 1 Topps Now grind) & why does Dawson’s mission say it’s worth 6 points when really it should be 5 points since the transition from stage 2 to 3 freezes you at 175?

Because in reality there are different ways to get to each point capped depending how tye type of player you are.
In stage 1 you could have not done any of the Topps now moments and just bought all the player items off the market and locked them into the collection for 40 points then from there they completed the Topps now xp grind to go to 50 points then they did like 8 moments which would be 66 points to hitting the 65 point mark and on to stage 2. They could have sold back all the extra cards as well.
Stage 2 had a similar option to buy and lock in all the cards early so you can skipp a bunch of the pxp missions. Additionally you could buy all the cards in stage 2 do their mission for the points and see them back.
SDS is giving options on how to get to the point gate for the stage, once you are there it's on to the next stage.
