PSN Linking Issues - Platform Exclusivity

When I login to theshow.com through my PS5 account, it shows it's connected to a theshow.com account, however when I login to the same theshow.com account via the username, my PS5 account does not appear.

When I attempt to link my account via the code from in game on my PS5, I receive a 'platform exclusivity error' - it's essentially my PS5 account shows it's connected to a theshow.com account, however that theshow.com account does not have the PSN registered.

I’m getting the same platform exclusivity issue ever and have had no success trying to link my Xbox. Switch no issues but Xbox account shows it’s linked to a PlayStation account. Any help ? There is nowhere that shows to unlink anything. lol @Victor_SDS ? @Collin_SDS

Still having this issue - it's been a year that I haven't been able to cross-play Xbox & Playstation progress.

Has anyone found a solution to this? It's terrible.

I've also contacted support and haven't heard back in a month and a half.

Im getting this as well. I cant find any solutions online. I literally just bought this [censored] game for the second time on my switch specifically for cross platform play and now this. Unreal.
