Early Swing/ Very Early Swing Bombs

Big Q!! How can a deal with this players on RS that since the first inning first pitch they go swinging early at everything and its a HR derby through out the game I switch pitches, locations, but is literally impossible for me to make it to the 5th inning with any of my starters with halfway stamina. They just hit everything even if it is outside the zone PLEASE ANY ADVICE

Analog so inconsistent for me , and I hate meter!
