Is mini seasons working yet?

It's weird because I never encounter the wins as losses big but always get the championship server exception bug. 7-0 so far with all the wins counting so hopefully this run works

On a run right now and I am sad that the opponents are definitely harder than my last runs. It's not the 8 man P5 lineups. It's the overall game play.

I finished up a season over the weekend with no issues

I had completed 19 mini season runs with no issues before yesterday when they updated the challenges. Then I started having issues.

What issues did you have? I only did 1 run so far, no problems. -
On my fourth run. No problems but having to intentionally fail ie caught stealing or hit into DPs is just stupid

LOL. I will admit, I tried to make a "missions only" roster after the update, and was failing miserably. Busted out the A-Team and lost to golds and low diamonds last night.
I restarted 3 times due to going 0-4 and 1-3 on All Star. I finished every previous run with a minimum of 18 wins. Something is definitely different.
It's not the overall of my opponents. My teams have improved too. I think the last update took something apart, put it back together and somehow has extra screws left over.

I'm playing with a roster to complete the missions, and I'm playing on hall of fame. I'm 5-4 so it's not too crazy. It's feels like showdown. Your hits feel random, the cpu defense is insane, tons of line outs and warning track shots, cpu pitcher will wildly miss 2 times in a row then come back and dot the corner 3 times. It's a challenge for sure, which is fine, but it feels cheap.
I guess we have ourselves to blame for bragging about how we were blowing though it and simming half the season lol.

I never sim or quit. Even in RS. If I'm losing 7-2 in the 6th, expect a 9 inning game. If I went 20-0 in mini with a 9 game lead, I'm still playing 8 more without quitting.

Anyway, I was having trouble with wins counting as losses. I was albe to go through about 1 mini season every day or so. I usually go 18 and 0 and then sim the rest of the mini season until the playoffs, makes it go much faster. Also, once I finish missions I dont usually push for that many runs so it goes faster. I finished mini season 20 yesterday. Pulled Altuve and Buehler from packs from within mini seasons.

The original RE remains my favorite video game of all time. I actually thought i beat the game when i escaped the mansion back then! I got stuck, bought a strategy guide and couldnt believe how much more game there was after the mansion! I've played all but '6 ' Hated 'Village/RE8,' and '7.' Just didn't seem like RE.
I got nothing from my packs season 1. Maybe I'll get lucky season 2?

I hope you do get something good from your packs. Sometimes you get good stuff, sometimes it's garbage. Put im stockpiling the prospect cards in case they do a collection like the Jarred Kelenic one from last year. They all shot up like 5k, so I'm banking on that. If not I will eventually sell them all for 2k and still make like 40 to 50 thousand stub.
RE 1 original I never played but really want to, just love playing the remake sooo much. I did see someone play a mod last week playing the original in first person with a few minor story changes. I only knew this because he kept saying it. But it looked super cool.
