Lost hat and shirt logo?

Anyone else experience this?
A couple of days ago my hat and shirt logo no longer appear on my DD home team uniform. Odd. Yet, they show up when I go into the "customize" option.
I have even removed them under the edit and replaced them and still they don't show. Everything is fine with my away team uniform.
Comments/Suggestions?

It’s random in DD, being going on for years. Sometimes they show up, sometimes they don’t
